Embedding the map-based search into your website and blog

Hotlist slideshows
Create slideshows of MLS hotlists. Configure your search on your RealBird map and use the RSS feed via the "Just Listed" button to generate great looking photo widgets linking visitors to your search application. Below is a slideshow widget "Luxury Bay Area Homes" for recently listed Single Family homes over $3M in the Bay Area, and another one showing "Just listed" condos in Palo Alto, CA. All data is live MLS information, updated daily. You will be able to easily configure your own hotlist widgets from your RealBird member area.

MLS hotlist widgets in your blog's sidebar
For this example, we are going to use Rona Arjomand's WidgetBox widget for demonstration. You can also embed this widget on your ActiveRain blog. The same value proposition also applies to the slideshow widget above.

You can "burn" your search feeds with FeedBurner. FeedBurner (a Google company) provides you with advanced features for your MLS hotlists. You can extend your feeds with additional social and viral marketing capabilities, track access statistics of your widgets create email signatures of your live MLS hotlist, banner size headline animators, notify search engines automatically and even use these widgets on advertising networks. Example: Email Signature - turn your emails into lead generators
The example below shows an email signature widget using Rona's "Luxury Bay Area Homes" hotlist. The widget can be embedded as an email signature and included with every email sent to your family, friends and clients.
It links back to the MLS hotlist's RSS feed and to ultimately to your RealBird Map-based search application.

Hotlist banner for advertising networks
Using your RealBird MLS feed burned with Feedburner again. This is a standard banner size hotlist animator which can be deployed on standard advertising networks such as Google AdWords or FeedBurner's own.

Dedicated MLS Hotlist pages
The example linked below shows how you can create and share your hotlists using dedicated websites such as private labeled PageCast created with PageFlakes.com.
